Price: $26,000Used RV for Sale, Found a toterhome custom-built offered for sale on Craiglist in Salisbury, Massachusetts. Custom camper built by Indiana Custom Coach since new with fiberglass shell based on a 1999 GMC 7500 truck chassis, powered by a CAT 3126 engine mated by a 6-speed Allison automatic transmission. All are well-presented in photos.
The toterhome was listed on Craiglist about 22 days ago and was still online when we posted it here. With about 410K miles on it, all looks good for its age, the interior and exterior look clean, no words about accident or any damage, the engine and transmission have been rebuilt during previous ownership, and currently no words about mechanical issues. This Motorhome / Toter RV / 5th wheel tractor / toterhome Is built on a 1999 GMC 7500 truck chassis , 33k gvw with camper built by Indiana Custom Coach from new . Both titled and registered as a motor home with a 64K lbs gvw rating truck and trailer combined. NO CDL as its a motor home . No DOT requirements . Totally self contained with a stand up shower , toilet , refridgerator , hot and cold running water , sink , microwave , tv , sound system front and rear , ducted basement heat pump for heat and ac , couch folds out to a bed , etc. It has a very quiet liquid cooled 7 KW Diesel Generator to power everything off grid that feeds off the trucks dual fuel tanks . New Awning. In urban locations tv gets crystal clear reception of many stations for free. All aluminum construction of the camper and truck bed , cab is clean and rust free fiberglass hood and fenders. New tires all around with under 200 miles on them . Cat 3126 Engine with 6 speed Allison auto transmission both rebuilt by previous owner who hauled a big double deck enclosed race car trailer for his race team . Rig has 410k miles on it but totally reconditioned with very low miles since. Very clean engine, looks near new. Tight front end , i finger on steering wheel for stress free drive. Last owner pulled a big enclosed trailer with his dragster type tractor pull rig to shows in Vt. from RI. Runs and drives as new. No leaks on my concrete floor where its parked and NO smoke at all even on cold starts...NONE !. She starts instant in cold with ease . 6 speed auto Transmission shifts smooth as new. Air brakes for truck, electric accuated trailer brakes. Ait ride 5th wheel hitch plate with gooseneck hitch adapter plate if needed and reese reciever tows all trailer types and can be set up with air brakes to trailer if you desire. great for big 5th wheel motorhomes , horse trailers , race car trailers , equipment trailers etc. . Air pressure builds fast and holds for days when parked. Turn Key cross country truck / rv. All plumbing just winterized , hot water tank , fresh water tank and lines to shower and sink purged with rv anti freeze . I hate too sell but my needs have changed . I have other trucks for my business needs and i prefer too stay at hotels when traveling long distance so this just does not get used as much as i expected . Price reduced 8/15/23 from $30k to $26k VERY FIRM CASH ( $28,500 if by check with 7 day hold. ) NO CDL or special license required, All new tires just installed . LED lights , gets thumbs up everywhere it goes. all books / manuals go with it.
