It's a short model made by Sunrader based on unusual chassis, a 1988 Nissan truck chassis well-known as Toyota's traditional competitor. Powered by a Nissan V6 engine backed by a 5-speed manual transmission with about 123000 miles on it.
This self-contained 19 feet long Sunrader RV has an engine believed way stronger than the 22R engine. Decent interior but has imperfections, and needs some work or replacement. It would be easy to drive and easy to park like a campervan but it's more roomy and comfortable inside. Interested, please read the details below.

1988 Sunrader "shorty" on a Nissan V6 5-speed manual transmission with extended bumper & rear case
This 19' RV fits in a parking spot & has everything you need:
- V6 power to get up hills (way stronger than Toyota 22R 4-cylinder)
- original interior in great shape
- air conditioning for both cab & cabin
- fridge works on both propane & shore power
- toilet+shower
- kitchen stove+microwave
- USB outlets in berth
Imperfections:
- tires r "meaty" but old
- house battery old
- speedometer/odometer don't work (needs a speedometer pinion for themanual transmission - it used to be automatic but when that failed forthe 3rd time I switched it to manual transmission so it has ~1k moremiles than shown)
- ignition key situation is unusual
- PO replaced grey water tank with 2nd gas tank that isn't hooked up
- rooftop AC cowl cosmetically damaged
- reverse lights dead
- awning 50% torn at base
- berth & door curtains need installed (have curtains but they don't fit the existing railing)
