Monaco was listed on Craigslist about 18 days ago and was still online when we posted it here. Decent interior but has imperfections, a lot of space inside, and may add a new bench to be good. Coming closer is a better way to find its actual condition, and please read more below.

We love our RV, but are not using it and hate to see it sitting there. This RV is great for traveling, but would make a great (affordable) tiny home too because it feels so spacious! There aren't the problematic slide-outs, but it has an extra wide body. It has solid wood cabinets throughout, also solid wood pocket doors for the bathroom which is nice and roomy. It has w/d hookups, a good size fridge that works really well, Corian countertops, double basin sink. There's a solid wood dining table and 2 chairs in the kitchen area with an extra bar fridge to store drinks. The back bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of room around the sides and more solid wood cabinetry. There are 2 TVs, one in the bedroom, and one in the main living area. There is a fold-out couch in the living area for extra sleeping space, with captain's chairs that turn into the living room. The original chair that sat opposite the couch was removed, but we put an extra couch in that spot when we traveled with our 2 grown children and 2 large dogs (that extra couch is no longer in the RV). Other things: basement storage, air conditioning, and heat, a generator, front passenger entrance, carpet in the main living area & bedroom, and real tile in the kitchen & bathroom.
7.5 kw diesel generator with 790 hours. 8.3 ct Cummins diesel engine. 100-gallon diesel capacity. 100-gallon fresh water tank. Cedar-lined closets. Oversized wheels/tires. Hydraulic leveling jacks. Dual airbags in the rear.
