The size is perfect for 3-4 family members, is easier to drive, and is a lot better fuel efficiency than a full-size motorhome, but everything facilities are available like a full-size motorhome, in a compact size, and works as it should, the water heater never uses by the owner, hopefully, it's working too.
As you know the Sunrader has been loved by a lot of camper enthusiasts out there, thanks to the quality of its camper construction a great reliable machine with easy maintenance, is extremely long-lived.

This is a 1986 Toyota Sunrader. A two piece fiberglass, class B RV, 4 cylinder, Automatic transmission. Clean frame no rust inoverall fair condition for the year, plenty of life left to say the least. Legendary and reliable 22re 88K original miles. Great MPG, AC works well in both cab and cabin, MUST have right? I bought this from an older gentleman back in 2018 who didn't use it very often. Somewhat neglected when i purchased it to be honest. The carpet was dry rotted, engine needed a tune-up and it sure needed a deep clean. After some elbow grease I got it running great! No check engine lights here. Took out the old carpet, as well as the dry rotting dining chairs that it originally came with. (NOT GUTTED). Plans where to do a quick fixer-uper, wood flooring, paint etc.. Modernized in other words, sadly with life happening i never got that far. A blank canvas to start with. Runs great, and it looks great inside and out. Everything works like it should, one thing i never got to use was the water heater but i would imagine it works just like everything else. No leaks. It has a solid roof. I got up and walked around it and it's in great shape. I found no soft spots. All windows have been resealed as well. Hankook tires all around in good shape. Airbags are in great shape, smooth ride. It has a propane range top and oven, microwave and electric/propane fridge. The light bulbs have been replaced to LED bulbs for battery life span. Rechargeable solar power makes it easy to boondock anywhere. Ready to camp as is or ready for a full remodeling project to your own particular liking. Cross country van life tiny home full time RVing , you name it this little rig can do it all. Cash only, not looking to trade. Banks do not lend on a vehicle of this age, so please keep that in mind.
