My husband I fell in love with this 1994 VW T4 Mirage Sprint the first time we saw it for sale online a few years back. We loved it so much that we bought it and had it shipped from the Netherlands. Engine is a 5 cylinder, turbo diesel, 5 speed manual transmission. Very easy to drive. Low mileage and gets 30 MPG We discovered that it had lived its whole life in Italy and even has stickers on it from vacation spots its previous owner went into Italy. This RV has everything we said we wanted. It’s basically a tiny home on wheels. It’s meant to be used for all 4 seasons; its fully insulated; windows are dual paned, it’s got heat, plenty of seating, wet bath, gas stove, dometic 3 way frig, lots of storage too and sleeps 4. Both tables drop down and cushions cover it to be single beds. I’ve personally slept in one of these single beds with my dog and it was quite comfortable. My husband spent many a-weekend going thru the mechanicals and it all works; heat, electric, running hot and cold water, flushing cassette toilet. Oh and the windows are awning style and can be opened either a tiny bit or full on. Windows have shades and screens; Living space windows also have curtains, exhaust fans in ceiling; fiama bike rack fits 4 bicycles and solar. You could live in this RV; use it to camp in anywhere you can drive to; use it as a home office; use as a tiny home (approx 157sq feet). We are selling because we are now wanting to outfit a sprinter.
