This the tougnest contender of the Chinook 18+'s and Balboa's in the small motorhome market back in the 70s, all three have little similar design and are built with fiberglass bodies, large windows, and a rear entry plan, but the Tioga II is categorized as Class C with a bunk over the cab and has better kitchen and storage. Made by Fleetwood, it's a self-contained 16-foot-long RV upon a 1976 Dodge chassis.
Hard to find today, especially in this condition, it's an excellent example. Very easy to drive and park, fully equipped camper from the factory all works well, easy maintenance. It has a Dodge 318 V8 Engine backed by an automatic transmission that still runs and drives great, only 54k original miles without mechanical issues. Does it need anything? Not really , very clean in and out, mechanically perfect, idles nice, starts right up, nice and cool on temp gauge. Brakes are great , tires have 0 miles on them.
