For Sale, 1977 Dodge Monaco 23 FT Class C Motorhome
Price: $2,500Used RV for sale by owner, Found a classic Monaco Class C RV for sale by the owner on Craigslist in Port Orchard, Washington. Hard to find today, it's a 23 feet long motorhome made by Monaco in 1977 based on a Dodge MB400 chassis powered by a 360 V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission with about 69,194 miles. It has had a lot of repairs and improvements during current ownership, is runs and drives great, but not perfectly yet.
Monaco was listed about 17 days ago on Craigslist and was still online when we posted it here. Described as a good condition overall, with a decent interior, but still a few works needed to perfect. Interested, a closer inspection is a better way, and please read more below.

Good rig that runs great! 69,194 miles 360 2 bbl Layout is rear bath and bunks, settee and kitchen in the middle and cab over bed. Three closets. Many repairs and improvements; Replaced marker lights, rebuilt furnace, new smoke, co2, backup cams, water pump. Expanded the storage box for skis, custom settee table converts to desk, rebuilt carb, new distributor, plugs, wires, alternator, intake manifold cleaned and reinstalled. New brake master cylinder, good tires, chains, receiver hitch. Cleaned and reinstalled the gas tank w/ new sending unit but gas gage doesn't work (probably needs replacement). Added a digital voltmeter. New alternator. etc. The goal was for work and play; an rv for rec. and office use. I used it for many ski trips to Crystal Mountain each season. More pictures available. Needs some glass, gas gage, propane tank relief valve.
