Made by Fleetwood in the 90s, this is a 1996 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision, described as in good condition with 109000 miles on it, for $13,000. Listed on Craigslist about three days ago and is still online when we posted it here. The interior is well-presented in photos, which could be perfect for sleeping six comfortably.
The 1996 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 35W was a high-end model for its time and was built to last. He ran and drove well but not perfectly, still a bit of work was needed, but luckily nothing major. If you're planning to go on a long trip, you can still fix it before that.

1996 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 35W (35 feet)
Meet Gert: she's an older gal (109K miles) with a zest for life! We had great times together but she is looking for her next home. She could travel, boondock, or stay stationary with hookups and be happy. She’s set up for full-time living but there is plenty of open space to customize how you want.
Gert was a high-end model for her time and she was built to last. She runs and drives great but there is one thing she wants you to know upfront: she has a leaking exhaust manifold. I've reduced her price accordingly though it is not really a problem now. If you plan to be stationary, it's a non-issue and a real steal, especially if you rent it out! You could travel locally as-is with little to no issue. If you want to travel far, you could still fix her up for a decent price overall, especially if you can do it yourself.
Now for all the good stuff and there is a lot! Gert had a complete facelift in the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. It took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears but I think she looks pretty good. She's so glad to be free of all that old RV fabric! She's also had the following done in the past 2 years:
