UPDATE -I have had two mechanics take a look at the rv and the main issue seems to be a a bad starter. as for previous wiring damage statement it seems to be limited to only an after market cooling /blower fan to increase air flow when the rv was tailgating.
UPDATE - Minor issues include the needs 2 new front new tires, A new battery is needed. front passenger brake line may need to be replaced, small trim touch-ups needed, and a small crack above the front fiberglass bumper.
