1984 Toyota Dolphin, 4 cylinder 22R engine, 6 lug rear dualies, 21’. 56,175 miles.

$11,500

Clean title in hand, Oregon registration good through 2024.

Runs beautifully. Original appliances, wallpaper, and woodwork. Some remodeling done by previous owner- new floor and ceiling painted. Black and grey tank is combined.
No water damage (some past humidity seepage in the bathroom and is dry). No leaks. Roof re-sealed and painted with Henry’s silicon (9/22). Engine valves re-ground and new hoses and clamps in early 2022. Brand new Hankook tires all around, plus newer spare (4/23). Outside re-sealed 2/22. Crack in plastic bunk window heat-sealed. Just detailed in and out- upholstery washed- looks gorgeous and I am very sad to sell it.

3 burner stove. Oven, refrigerator, water pump and water heater all work. I never used the water heater or the oven. The 5 gallon propane lasted two weeks with stove and refrigerator. Used a 200w portable solar panel to re-charge house batteries.

Included: 8x10’ UV and water resistant acrylic canvas “Italy Aqua” striped awning from Marti’s Awnings with extra grommets added for stability. Rail installed and 3 aluminum poles included, though you’re better off getting more sturdy and portable poles.

Also installed a 2-way, 3 speed Maxxair fan in the central vent. No air conditioner, although cab air is cold and strong!

200w suitcase panel (Renogy) with controller may be included, too.

Issues:
- Driver’s seat cloth is falling apart- seat is fine, just needs a cover. The passenger seat is in storage in Portland, Oregon! Available for pickup! I may also be able to deliver it, depending on timing. I took it out to make a nice spot for my dog and it ended up being a storage spot.
- Dry rot in the lower panel around the fridge and rear wheel. The wheel well external rim seal is patched by me but it should be replaced. Something that wasn’t disclosed by the previous seller but which has also survived many BLM washboard roads and quite a bit of Pacific Northwest winter weather on my way south.
- The original Suburban heater worked but then stopped- I have a whole working heater for parts for that repair from another Toyota motorhome. It may just be the piezo lighter.

12-13 mpg fully loaded and 18-20mpg at highway speed with a tail wind. Stuck to 55mph for best gas mileage.

Email via the Craigslist contact and I’ll send a number to arrange a viewing and test drive.
