Mostly the Concourse presents with a rear entry, but not this one, it's a rare model with a side entry having a different floorplan and only one side with a huge window. As Saller says, it's a well-maintained example and still in top form in and out, no words any issues, and everything works perfectly, looking for the next adventure.

We have for sale our well-maintained 1997 CHINOOK CONCOURSE 21-foot Class B+ motorhome with 85,000 miles. This is a one-piece fiberglass coach body with a rare side entry floor plan. The chassis is a Ford Econoline E-350 dually (one ton) with Triton 6.8L V10 gasoline engine. This rig is in great condition. Maintenance records available. Non-smoker. No pets. Clean title in hand. Located in the Seattle area.
The chassis is a Ford Econoline E-350 dually (one ton) with Triton 6.8L V10 gasoline engine. The tires (all 7) are new 10-ply BF Goodrich All Terrain size LT 245/75 R16 replaced at 83,927 miles along with front-end alignment. 16-inch steel wheels with Pacific Dually chrome wheel covers. Rear dually wheels have valve extenders that make it easy to check and adjust tire pressure. Front grill guard with folding bumper step. Custom rear bumper with custom drop-down spare tire mount. Side awning.
The truck battery is an Interstate MT-65 replaced May 2022. Coach batteries (2) are sealed AGM. Onan 4000 Series Generator with 365 hours and regular service. Battery charger updated with Progressive Dynamics PD4645V Converter/Charger. Factory solar panel.
Truck infotainment is Kenwood DNX994S with navigation, backup camera, CD and Bluetooth which was professionally installed with amplifier, upgraded door-mount speakers and stand-alone subwoofer. House Stereo is a Kenwood KMM-BT328U stereo with Bluetooth and 4 new speakers replaced May 2021. TV with DVD player and Wineguard RV Antenna (never used by us). 400-amp inverter.
The entire exterior of coach was professionally resealed in 2020. The Kwickee electric steps were recently refurbished. We replaced the factory carpet in the coach with vinyl plank flooring. Comes with a nice RV storage cover purchased this year.
Factory hardwood interior and cabinets all in great shape. All standard appliances, A/C, 3-way refrigerator, sink with new faucet, coach LP heater, newer Suburban LP water heater, microwave, 2-burner LP stove. Nice bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Outdoor shower, too. 2 electric roof fans. The gray and black water drain valves were replaced in 2022.
