This fiberglass 40 feet long class A motorhome made by Foretravel in 1991, known as Unihome powered by a Detroit 6V92 engine mated with an automatic transmission that has been driven about 107000 miles and sold with all documented maintenance.
The Unihome was listed on Craigslist about a day ago when we posted it here, presents well by photos, and is said to run and drive well, but it's a 22 years old motorhome must-see for actual condition, a closer inspection is highly recommended.

1991 Foretravel 40' Unihome. Owned 5+ years. 107k miles, well kept. Detroit 6V92 engine and automatic transmission. Fiberglass construction over a steel frame. Diesel generator starts and runs well. Foretravel had 3 options for interior: Pecan, cherry or walnut. This one is walnut. Documented maintenance from previous owner as well. New hot water heater + furnace just rebuilt professionally. Refrigerator (120v) also new 1-1/2 yrs ago. Floors in kitchen are newer rubber tiles, living and bedroom nice carpet tiles. House batteries replaced just over a yr ago. One pair of suspension airbags replaced, one new pair included with vehicle (not a difficult job). The furnace you see in the storage area is a second one that needs service-- the replacement parts for it were not available at the time the other one was rebuilt. I have moved to the Hillsboro area for work, house provided--the motorhome is in the Eugene area. I will be available to show etc on the weekend. Its in a private and secure rv park, and cannot be viewed unless I am there. Clean clear title in my name. No trades no crypto, a simple cash transaction preferred via bank transfer.
