1999 Itasca by Winnebago Sundancer 31’ class c motor home. Ford E450 with V10. In excellent condition. Like new tires (4 years old), new batteries, back-up camera, tire pressure monitor, power entry steps, filtered water system, 2 brand new flat screen smart TV's, Direct TV that can be used with service. This thing is in amazing condition with very minimal use and lot of upgrades. It has been stored inside its whole life and it shows. We bought it last year to go to Northern California and it traveled like a dream, with 4 adults we had plenty of space and storage to spare. Full under/basement storage is a huge plus!! Everything works great. Generator has low hours (202)runs great and starts easy. Propane tank is full. One sheet rubber roof with excellent seals and max air all weather vent covers on all vents. It is ready to go anywhere you want to go. Must see to appreciate how nice it is. This came from a retired couple that did not travel in it for the last 11 years that they owned it (they bought it new), and they kept it extremely well maintained and kept meticulous maintenance records.
