Selling my classic Class-C Motorhome as work has pulled me away from the time needed to finish renovating.
The good:
Drives like a dream!
SIX brand new tires (less than 200 miles)
Brand new awnings installed September 2022
Everything works (AC, Fridge, toilet, black/gray tanks, electric system)
The bad:
Needs new plumbing (pipes)
Needs new propane lines - my rec would be turn this to off grid solar and lose the propane
Started renovating and did not have time to finish
I am selling it for about what I paid for the tires and new awning. I purchased for $6k and invested in the tires, brakes, and awning in August so taking a solid loss but just want to see this gem get the love and attention it deserves. It really is a super fun motorhome and only 20 feet so can go anywhere! I primarily used it for beach camping up and down the coast and had a blast.
Great fixer upper for anyone who wants a well priced classic to make their own.
