Built by Balboa Motorhome with fiberglass construction based on a 1972 Chevy van, mechanically good, but it's not perfect as a self-contained RV and needs some work done because the owner doesn't have time to finish. 1972 Chevy Balboa for sale. Vintage collector's item! Only a couple dozen left in the country and making a niche for themselves as classics. Half has done remodeling but time to go. Wishing it to go into good hands. Mechanically awesome but the Bay Area weather is taking its toll on the body. The front end could use a paint job. I’ve been replacing the paneling and building new cabinets with drawers, new floors, and counters. Reupholstered the cushions. New water heater and plumbing lines new shower and sink faucets. Finish trim and fixtures to go, lots of little things like lighting, Solar, and upgrades all yours. Pm me for details. New tires a little while ago. Love my van but no time to finish.
