The engine was rebuilt also the interior, it's used current owner to make extra money by renting it on Airbnb.

Hi there, I am selling my fully remodeled 1978, 22ft long RV. It is literally a tiny house on wheels. Recently passed SMOG and Registered until 2024. Odometer reads 38,000 original miles. Documentation of previous work and maintenance done on it from past owner and myself. Big block Engine 460 ci, 8 cylinders, 7.5 liters. Length from bumper to bumper is 27 feet. Recent work done on the engine including carburetor rebuild, exhaust leak fixed, oil change, new battery. Starts right up ! Use it for yourself or to make extra money by renting it on Airbnb, it's ready ! Comes with spare wheel, 10 feet sewer hose and sewer hose support About my RV : It is a 1978 Ford F-350 22ft Roll-A-Long RV that I completely renovated and remodeled myself. New pex plumbing all throughout. New roof and insulation. 2 skylights added in main living space and 1 skylight added above shower. The driving cabin is completely original. It has a smart TV, an in-ceiling stereo system, a kitchen with a 4 burner stove, a 10’’ deep sink, a fridge and freezer, an electric water heater, full bathroom with shower, toilet, extra closet space. On the outside, it has an awning, outside led light strip, a pull-out grill, a propane tank, outside storage, etc… I have plenty of pictures from the renovation as well to show the work done on it.
