Details RV by owner
This rig is a custom converted 2009 chassis E450 fire rescue with a 2019 Ford factory installed new 6.0 turbo diesel. Less than 5000 miles on new motor.
Too many features to list, but below is a good start. The rig can be seen by appointment (Carlsbad area) and I can be reached for questions as well. Please, serious potential buyers only.
Features:
Custom paint. New tires. (Everything is new). Complete solar system with Bluetti 2000W lithium powers all electronics, including smart TV, water pump, lights, etc. Custom cargo and bike racks front, rear, top. Propane outside kitchen with grill/griddle. Propane fire pit extends up to 20 feet. 3 on board propane tanks for gas fire pit and outdoor grill (all mounted and self contained inside sealed storage cabinet. 270 degree wrap around heavy duty awning (no need for poles or tie downs). Ladders on all three sides to access roof. Indoor/Outdoor shower with cassette toilette. On demand hot water heater. Complete off-road front and rear end built by Weldtec Designs of San Diego. New Dana gearbox and complete front end. Baja package with heavy duty coils, springs, fox shocks, sway arm. Custom front and rear bumper with swing out kitchen and storage boxes, including front end, and rear mounted bike racks for E-Bikes and motorcycle and bicycle.
This rig comes equipped with multiple power features. Complete solar system, powers all onboard electronics without the need for any generator or plug-in.
However, there is also multi fuel generator back up with both gasoline and propane capability, and three onboard propane tanks. Onboard CO2 monitors and safe on board heater for cold weather camping. The chassis runs to high output, optimum batteries, as well as two additional batteries for back up with high voltage onboard battery back up charging system. The rig can also be plugged into shore, power as well as shore water. There is a complete self-contained 50 gallon freshwater tank that supplies, hot and cold water to both the kitchen and inside and outdoor shower, as well as rinse stations on both sides of the vehicle.
Three air conditioning units, supply AC from the chassis when running to both front cab and rear cabin. Plus additional overhead AC in separate unit while camping.
The truck has full kitchen with two burner induction stove and kitchen sink with separate refrigerator and freezer, both of which are powered through the solar system without the need to be plugged in or running the generator. All solar battery controls are located inside the cabin and can be monitored at all times. Up front, the cab is equipped with light switch panel to control 12 separate lights around the exterior of the truck as well as back up camera and monitor that can also be used as security camera. And all lights are LED inside the cabin with separate controls and dimmer. Exterior lights, including light bars, and action lights for camping are super bright LED. This rig runs 33-34 inch brand new BFGs with an enormous clearance and off road capabilities. It is NOT 4wd and while it’s possible to convert, I have found that running the re-geared dually rear-end is MORE than sufficient to power this rig anywhere you would safely want to bring a camper like this. That said, we can incorporate rear automatic air lockers and a complete on board air compressor system - should someone want the added ability to lock the rear end and raise/lower tire pressure. I would only suggest this to someone who plans to use the rig primarily in heavy sand/dunes. The rig is also equipped with a front mounted heavy duty smitty built winch (though not pictured).
There are many more features that can be seen by appointment. Call me if interested.
