Truck runs great! It’s old but does the job. I think one can live in it with some upgrades and planning. Or and awesome beach or camping rig. Smells new and not like an 80’s damped rotten rv., it’s mostly fiberglass. It was a lockdown Covid project that was “backyard renovated” but we are at the turning point of… do we get axles and make this a 4wd or convert another sprinter we have to a 4wd..? So whichever is sold first is the reason we have this up for sale. The other is a 2004 T1N that’s also up for grabs if your interested. We took this for a 50 mile drive today and it ran great. It’s an oldie but goodie 22re so you’re very welcome to bring your mechanic to go over everything and I can also give you my future 2 cent as well. Like any old car it’s always good to update before hitting the road for a long trip. Rebuilt title is unknown but spoke with previous owners and no clue., did some digging and turns out theft return. No body or frame damage etc. the original hood has been replaced only. It’s a truck that was cut up for an rv so we cared less when we purchased it but we did have it inspected by a good friend. Well as you know it’s a short 18 footer that’s very sought after; easy to drive and fits easily in parking spaces. We went ahead and eliminated ,but easily returned to factory if one wishes, the outdated amenities.. water heater has been swapped out with a tankless to eliminate any water line issues, rear dinette replaced with lagun style bamboo counter/table. Interior light replaced with led to prevent electrical shorts. The stove/ oven has been eliminated for other usage and storage but can be easily installed again. The set up now is super easy where an average person like myself can repair anything if need be. From previous set ups we learned a lot., so we will pass it forward to the new buyer. If something did go wrong either water or electrical, one can fix it being inside the rv versus having to be in the elements trying to trouble shoot. No need to guess or bring it in to a specialist., after-all it’s just an rv on a truck frame.., from powering the rv to the water I can explain it and show you the design., it’s simple. I will make sure you understand it before purchase- nothing to it. We have not replaced the vintage fridge and still a debate so we decided to leave that to the new owner- it needs some attention. We have not used the toilet, it’s there but again it’s up to the new owner as we are on the fence to replace it with a cassette toilet or…? Shower is great has been updated and runs off the tankless along with the sink. Minor upgrades but ready for your final interior designs like cushion paddings etc. our plans next is to swap the axles and make it a 4wd (personal reasons) then have the whole exterior painted. We have seen these rv selling upwards in prices and some in bad conditions selling not too far from our asking. These are fetching top dollars now. This one is a drive away type of deal and ready for your upgrades. Solar can easily be installed but we opted not to put any holes in the roof for safety. Lots of room for upgrades and we still have plans to move forward. Still, I would Insist you go through the rv before taking it cross country but I think skipping towns is good as it stands. We have two weeks to make a sale it’s either one or the other as we are getting ready for a late spring trip. If you have been searching for an 18 footer Sunrader come take a look but please check out others and compare before doing so. I will be selecting serious “ready to buy” buyers to filter so leave your name and number and the city and we can go from there. I will make sure you’re 100 percent certain before you purchase., Title in hand and ready to go. Please be serious, no tire kickers. All deals preferred to be competed at the local banks/ AAA DMV etc. no games no gimmicks no scam no transfer no trades please. Good old cash would work.

RV is local in San Jose and stored. We are not actively showing this so an appointment is preferred. Please be ready to purchase and know what you’re getting into before contacting.

Thank you for reading and please leave a contact name and number for a reply. Would like it gone sooner than later and hoping to find the right buyer for this gem.

$15,500 and drive her off
No holding or deposits first with cash
