I purchased this in May of last year as a trial run / starter RV and have been a full time RV'er ever since, it's been wonderful and sad to see it go, but I upgraded to a newer and larger RV last month. This would be a great inexpensive motorhome for single person or a couple to full time in, will sleep 6 if needed, or a great weekend/camping/hunting RV. I am the 3rd owner. The guy I purchased it from last year owned it for 3 years and sold due to health issues. He had purchased it from a farmer who parked in a barn when not in use. It is in excellent condition for it's age. Only bad thing is 2 seat cushions on the couch are in rough shape.
Has 108.1 hours on Onan generator, rooftop a/c works great, newer hot water tank, newer stainless steel electric fridge, Airmax vent covers. I converted the rear bedroom from 2 single beds to a full size queen with a nice comfy mattress could easily be converted back. Included the picture of CL post from when I purchased it also. Comes with camping supplies, all hoses and cords (30amp/15amp) to setup for full hookups. Will show it on Sundays, first email gets first dibs/appointment time.
