This is a 22RE i bought several few months ago...
The listing i read when I bought it stated: "Newly sealed, new tires, newer windows, brakes, battery, spark plugs , and AC".............
My Update:
During the months that's ive owned it i got the front cab AC recharged and now the RV has both cab and rear ac. I also did and oil change on both the engine and the transmission. In addition i added a new deep cycle battery for the rear living area. The RV works great and has no known mechanical issues. It needs some tlc because it has taken some sun damage to the paint, should be resealed and has a dent on the driver side fender. The interior can be updated but i didn't have a problem with it. I've discovered a very small leaks near the middle ceiling vent during the storm. RV is now covered(tarp) and it has no major soft spots or water damage that I'm aware of. It has a refrigerator, sink, restroom with shower and ac. This comes with the reliable but slow 4cyl 22re. It cruises at about 55mp and climbs the grape vine at about 25miles on steep climbs. Keep in mind the cab AC will make you lose some power.. Also, i believe this one has the beefed up rear axle so no issues with that. I'm selling because i bought a new suv and I'm running out of space.
