Classic coach with upgrades throughout. New flooring, paint, lighting fixtures, draperies, cabinet knobs, shower head, bathroom and kitchen faucets, refrigerator, thermostat. Insulated floor. Upholstery in great condition. (See all attached photos) New water pump, new belts, about 13,000 miles on rebuilt engine, new transmission. A/C works great. A few minor fixes. Remodel not quite complete. Needs new; horn, microwave if desired, windshield wipers, speakers. Hot water heater needs a new knob but it works well. Gas gauge is finicky, most likely just needs new wiring. Just moved from Lake Tahoe to Orange County, drove it all the way, no problems! Too busy to enjoy it the way we used to, needs new home!
