Price: $4000 SOLDUsed RV for Sale, here found this one potential Diesel Pusher Project being offered for sale in Craigslist only for $4000 located in Phoenix Arizona. As shown here is 1979 Newell Coach, described has interior and aluminum body frame in good shape overall just needs a polished than shine again, all equipment still there but not sure about condition, a closer inspection needed to know it the actual condition. For sure, most likely funding and attention will be drained on the diesel part. Unfortunate if abandoned, it could be a greats again.

It's a 38ft 1978 Newell Coach, Diesel pusher. All aluminum, riveted skin, solid frame and well insulated. Has 3 working A/C's, and 5 Heaters (2 LP, 3 Electric). House lighting works, built in generator, and water tanks are stainless. Dinette intact, LP Stove, microwave, and refrigerator included. Space for a W/D unit or extra storage if you wish. Speaking of which, overhead storage throughout cabin, and below deck (ample).
This is definitely a diamond in the rough. With the aluminum skin, you could polish it out and travel like a rock star. I was in the process of renovating it but life got busy, and it's time to pass on the potential.
It needs new tires, glass and flooring, and the water tanks and engine needs some work too.
(Engine: Heads are off, pistons out. A copper gasket went on one of the pistons, and my uncle started working on it, but ended up passing the project to me before reassembling)
Sold as-is, where-is, will need to be towed.
This will make a really bitchen RV motor home for someone with a little talent and time.
