Clark Cortez Class A Motor home are a rare find, only 3211 ever made. This one is. especially rare being the last year the Clark Cortez Equipment Company used the industrial Slant 6 Chrysler 225 engine. It has a four speed front wheel drive trans-axle. The odometer reads 86000. The body is solid, no dents or damage, and very few minuscule spots of surface rust. The interior, cabinetry, paneling, original sink, counter-tops, stove and bathroom (with a shower), air conditioning and heater are all in good shape and working order. This Cortez is a great investment opportunity in that it's value has continued to rise through the years. It does have very minor mechanical problems, it needs an alternator and possibly a starter, and new tires, so it would have to be towed. We are taking off the original listing price of $8000 $1500 to cover the towing and repair expenses.
