1973 Dodge Sportsman, Class C -- VINTAGE RV
It's over 40 years old, so let's be realistic -- it's not perfect. . .. BUT -- it IS a perfect rig for hitting the local beaches. . .! It's been a regular at Ocean Beach all summer. The folks there are all jealous of the ROOFTOP DECK at sunset. . .!
I bought this as a project, and in doing so -- rescued it from non-use for the past 3 or 4 years. It's now starting, running, and driving reliably; but to be honest -- this isn't a long highway trip vehicle. I did a bit of renovations on the interior/exterior to make it a bit more livable, but didn't really get to fixing all the systems (12v water pump for the sink, propane lines for the stove, etc.) Don't have a place to store it any longer -- so I gotta let her go. . .. Still plenty of nice days this fall to enjoy some "RV days" beachside!

24ft Class C - on a Dodge Commercial Van Chassis; V8 Engine (regular gas)
Rooftop Deck and Ladder/Rails -- GREAT for Hauling Surfboards, Paddleboard, Kayaks, etc.
Nice Sturdy Rear Bumper, with Receiver Hitch, and sewer drain hose storage inside.
Sleeping areas for up to (6) -- Queen above Cab, Twin Dinette, and two rear individual bunks.
Lots of Cabinets/storage. New tile flooring. "New" exterior paint. Good Roof. No Leaks..!
Restroom/Toilet works and waste holding tank is watertight.
Older, but functional vinyl roll-up awning/shade.
Refrigerator and Air Conditioner both work well on "shorepower" 110volt.
(There isn't an on-board generator in this older model RV.)
Lots of small accessories will go along with the rig..!
Clear Title, Currently Registered. And it's old enough to be SMOG--EXEMPT. No Smog Checks Needed.
