Detail by owner
I have an old motor home. It was a project that I never got around to finishing. It doesn't have a generator. It has a spot for a small generator. I used a Honda 1000. I'm keeping it. Cost about $500 for a new 1000.Similar too a Honda 1000. It is livable with a little bit of pluming work. It needs a water pump. Faucets and toilet are disconnected. The toilet is new, never been used. Needs to be bolted down. 10 minutes too do that. 10 minutes too connect each faucet. The picture with the waterfall is a walk through door into the front of the motorhome. The sleeping area has about an extra 2 feet of head space. Compared to an average motorhome it's a very comfortable difference. If you've ever slept in such an area in an average motorhome, or camper you'll be very comfortable with this extra space. It has a nice entertainment center with tv & stereo connected together. Sounds like your at the movies when watching tv. Has a 10 gallon water tank. Not much good for showers unless your connected to a water faucet, but is good for one shower. It has a dually rear end. 25,000 original miles. Been sitting for about 10 years. It runs. I just drove it from San Luis Obispo to Atascadero. Had to replace a few freeze plugs before doing that because it had been sitting for so long they actually rusted through. One of them is leaking a little. Has old tires. Some are flat, but hold air for a little while. It also could use a new shock, or spring for the passenger side front because is sits a little low on that side. It's still drivable. I drove it that way back in the day. It's a little messy & dirty inside right now because I've been using it for storage and just got done moving the stuff out. I really need to get rid of this thing. I'm paying $50 a month storage rent for something I don't need anymore. $1000 OBO.
