Detail RV by owner
This is a 1990 Toyota Dolphin RV V-6 automatic with 93xxx miles. It has serious issues with the camper. There were roof leaks prior to when I bought it 3 years ago and the roof sags as result. It does not currently leak but damage has been done to the structural wall supports and both sides have fallen a few inches. As a result there is significant slanting (see pics) of the table, the refrigerator on one side and also the stove and the sink on the other. Most of the lighting works, the plumbing all works but does have leaks and the shower was converted to a storage area.
Mechanically it is in very good shape. I drove it to Southern Oregon from San Antonio, Texas in October of 2014 and it only lost half a quart of oil. The overdrive transmission works fine, brakes are good, 6 tires only have about 2500 miles on them. It drives straight down the road with no pulling or alignment issues. New starter, cd player and front speakers.
The bottom line is that this RV needs a lot of work but still has great potential. I lived in it for the last three months after moving here and have recently bought a mobile home in Medford so it is time to sell it. It needs someone who knows how to fix it and appreciates its good bones. The price reflects it's condition. Open to cash offers, not interested in trades.
