1995 34ft Class A Motorhome RV with Living Room slide out.
Cummins Turbo Diesel 5.9 runs great with new exhaust manifold, and alternator .

This RV is worth $20,000 when finished restoring (needs paint carpet and lots of other misc things fixed) I would guess 5k-$8k to get it in great shape.
A 1996 Repo-ed version of this RV with a lot more miles just sold on ebay for $17,100.
I was restoring this RV to new condition but We are moving now I don't have time to fix and it has to go.

I just spent $3300 on engine, air brakes sealed up, and generator service, It passed inspection. I have receipts. After I drove it out of the shop and got on the highway it wouldn't go over 45mph. I talked to the shop and they said it is the throttle linkage. It has not been back to the shop. I got starting batteries 11-19-2014. It Started right up and runs Great!! I returned the batteries already because I have moved. I signed the title and and my roommate can complete the deal while I'm gone.
I bought this motorhome from insurance company (has salvage title) because a tree fell on the back of it, the damage was repaired. The tree hit nothing major and only put a 2ft wrinkle on the top and side. Repair has been done. The damaged parts were cut out and new steel was welded in much more than was there before (extra braces that extend across the whole area from steel beam to steel beam) so the repair wont have any structural issues. The tree hit right above the very rear window on the drivers side and it didnt even break the window or hit anything major, only a flat side above window and the top.
New EDPM roof coating on the top, No leaks.
Has Excellent tires. Its missing the left front side blinker.( same as an audi 100) I removed one headlight to fix some fiberglass in the front but it never got reinstalled and is sitting inside. The lower body on the drivers side between the wheels needs attention it got wet at some point and plywood and some metal needs replacing behind the fiberglass, the hatch doors and outside fiberglass there are in good condition. one holding tank support needs to be fixed.
Has a 6500watt propane generator It has been tested serviced and tuned and it works great.
Has large living room slide out, works no problem.
Nice size bathroom with nice walk in shower.
Queen size bed area. No mattress.
Large Mirrors and Oak wood ceiling in the bedroom.
Two roof top Air conditioners, one missing the cover.
Has nice corian countertops and kitchen and full fridge.
Has leveling lifts one of them needs to be rewired or fixed.

Needs lots of TLC work to bring it up to the $20k value its worth when restored.
